After Orderly loads up, left-click the Hospital Floor once to gain control of the game. This simply tells Windows that the game should have the main focus for keyboard input. Now, use the Arrow or Cursor keys to move around the Hospital. The Space Bar will bring up a menu dialog with Help and other options.
